Service videos

Quoted after a short call Per video or a monthly set. CAD, before tax.

A patient who has watched your pharmacist explain compounding for ninety seconds has met you before they arrive. Nothing on a page does that.

In short

Short videos of your own team explaining a service, scripted with AI, reviewed by a pharmacist, captioned and published on your site, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

One to three minute videos of a real member of your team explaining one service: what it is, who it is for, what happens at the visit. AI drafts the script from your service page and the pharmacist's own words, and a pharmacist reviews it against the College standard before anyone is filmed. We film at your practice in a half day, edit, caption, and publish to your website, your YouTube channel and your Google Business Profile.

No actors, no stock footage, no AI generated people. A practice video works because the person in it is the person a patient will meet.

What you get

  • A script per video, drafted by AI from your page and your pharmacist's words, reviewed against the College standard
  • A half day of filming at your practice, for up to four videos
  • Editing, colour and sound, your brand's titles, and accurate captions
  • Publication on the service page, YouTube and Google Business Profile, with the schema that tells search engines what the video covers
  • A vertical cut of each video for Instagram and Facebook
  • The master files, which are yours

What the AI does, and what a person does

How we use AI across these modules: it drafts, schedules, monitors and reports. It does not decide what a patient sees. Every post, reply, email, ad and page is approved by a person before it goes out, and the clinical and regulatory check is done by a pharmacist, not by a model. AI output can be wrong; the approval step exists because of that.

AI doesA person does

Produces the first cut, the captions and the vertical version. An editor finishes the cut and checks every caption against what was said.

The rules this runs under

  • A video is advertising under your College standard. Scripts describe the service and the visit, make no outcome claims, use protected titles accurately, and name a prescription drug only with price and quantity.

Sources: Food and Drug Regulations, s. C.01.044, CPBC (BC), OCP (ON), CPSBC (BC). Checked against the version current on the date below; confirmed again against your province and profession before work starts.

  • No patient appears without written consent, and no video is filmed where patients or their records can be seen or heard.

    Sources: PIPEDA, PIPA (BC).

  • Captions are accurate and complete, so the video meets WCAG 2.1 AA for recorded media.

    Sources: WCAG 2.1.

Rules and platform policies as read on 25 October 2026. They change; the quarterly re review under Care picks up changes, and nothing here is legal advice.

What it does not do

  • No AI generated presenters, voices or footage of people.
  • No patient testimonials on camera, whatever the platform.
  • It does not include paid promotion of the video; that is the paid advertising module.

What you provide

  • A team member willing to be on camera
  • A half day with a quiet room or counter
  • Approval of the script before filming and of the cut before publication

What it costs

Quoted after a short call

Prices for these modules are not published yet. Each is quoted after a short call, in Canadian dollars before tax, and written into the proposal before any work starts.

Growth itself has a published price on the Growth page. A module can be added to Growth, or taken on its own after a build.

Questions about service videos

Our pharmacist is nervous on camera. Does it still work?

Usually better than a polished presenter. The script is in their own words, we film short takes, and the edit keeps the clear ones. Patients trust a careful pharmacist more than a smooth one.

Can you use an AI avatar instead?

No. The value of the video is that the person in it is the person a patient will meet, and a College could treat an invented presenter as misleading.
