The monthly runbook
- Week 1 Dependency and security updates, uptime and error log review, backup check.
- Week 2 Content change requests.
- Week 3 Search Console and first party report generated; anything broken fixed.
- Week 4 Report sent.
Quarterly: compliance re review against the current College standard, privacy policy refresh, accessibility spot check.
Questions
Why the monthly fee?
Because a site that is not maintained is a liability within a year: security, broken forms, outdated hours, a privacy policy that no longer matches the law. Care keeps it safe. Growth makes it earn.
Are we locked in?
No. Care is required for the first twelve months after a build, then month to month. You own your domain, content, code, and accounts from day one and can leave with everything, any month, with a documented handover.
