For Canadian pharmacies and clinics

Health care websites, built by clinicians.

Monograph Health builds and runs websites for Canadian health care providers, designed by clinicians, compliant by default, and built to be found by patients on Google and by AI assistants.

Proof first

Platforms we built and run

Our own pharmacies and clinical programs run on the same stack we build for clients. Each case study shows what was built, what it does for patients, and the numbers where they exist.

More case studies are added as each practice gives written permission and the figures are confirmed.

What a practice pays more for

How it works

Four steps, with dates

  1. Discovery call (60 minutes)We confirm your College, the services that make money, the services that must not be advertised, the booking and phone flow, and who approves content.
  2. Proposal and agreement (Within three business days)Fixed price, scope, timeline, what you provide, and the compliance scope.
  3. Content, design, build, QA (Four to sixteen weeks by tier)We write, you correct facts. Every service page passes the compliance checklist before design. No launch without a passed QA checklist.
  4. Launch and thirty day review (Day 30)DNS in your account, redirects for every old URL, Search Console verified, sitemap submitted. First report, fix list closed, Care begins.

Questions practices ask

We already have a website. Why would we change it?

Send us the address and we will return a ten point review in two days, free. Most practice sites fail on three of the ten. If yours passes, we will say so.

Why does it cost more than a template site?

It is priced for practices where one new patient a month covers the plan. If the site does not need to bring patients, a template is the right choice and we will say so.

Our banner or franchise provides a site. Is that not enough?

Those sites serve the banner's brand and every store looks the same. Patients choose a pharmacy, not a banner, and the site must show what makes yours different, within the rules.

Can you guarantee first page on Google?

No, and anyone who does is not being honest with you. We guarantee the work, the reporting, and that the site will be technically better than the ones outranking you.

Why is there a monthly fee?

Because a site that is not maintained is a liability within a year: security, broken forms, outdated hours, a privacy policy that no longer matches the law. Care keeps it safe. Growth makes it earn.

You are also pharmacy brokers. Will you try to sell my pharmacy?

Separate company, separate team time, and the brokerage never contacts a Monograph Health client about a sale unless the client asks.

The Monograph Standard

Twelve commitments you can hold us to

Printed on every proposal. Read all twelve.

  1. Every page is written or reviewed by a licensed clinician in your profession.
  2. Every claim is checked against your College's current advertising standard, and we keep a dated record.
  3. We never advertise a prescription drug beyond what Health Canada permits.
  4. Personal health information never travels by plain email through anything we build.
