from $2,500 CAD, before tax

Care is free for the first three months after launch, with unlimited revisions, at $150 to $250 per month. Minimum terms and ownership. What a practice website costs in Canada

Live in five business days. Finished in six weeks.

Live in five business days

A practice should not wait six weeks to exist online. Five business days after your intake is complete, your site is live on your own domain and already doing the work: patients can find your hours and location, request a refill or a transfer, and reach you by a form that lands in your own system, not a shared inbox. Search engines and AI assistants can read it correctly from the first day.

Then the rest of the build happens with the site up, not in the dark: your service pages, your photography, your second language, the connections to your booking tool and your pharmacy system, and the full compliance file. Essential finishes in four to six weeks, Signature in six to ten, Platform in ten to sixteen.

The guarantee. If day five is missed for a reason on our side, Care is free for three more months, on top of the three free months every build already includes. In the terms.

The clock starts on the business day after the intake is complete. The checklist is short, and most practices finish it in an afternoon. The intake checklist.

What is live on day five

  • Your home page, hours, location, phone and a services list, on your own domain with your own email
  • Refill, transfer and contact forms that reach your practice and are acknowledged
  • The staff panel, so your team can change hours, closures and a notice bar from day five
  • Privacy and accessibility pages, structured data, and a fast, readable site on a phone
  • Submitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools; Google Business Profile claimed and verification started; Apple Business Connect and Bing Places started
  • First party analytics counting enquiries on your own domain
  • A dated review record for every page used, against your College's advertising standard

What day five is not

  • It is not the finished site. The pages that take a pharmacist's writing and your photographs come in the weeks that follow.
  • It is not a guarantee of being listed or ranked. Google decides when a listing is verified and when a page is indexed; we submit on day five and report what happens.
  • It is not a review of content we have not written. Day five uses pages already reviewed against your profession's standard; anything new to your practice is reviewed before it is published, in the finishing weeks.

The same eight steps, every time

  1. Discovery call (60 minutes)The questionnaire covers your College, your services, what must not be advertised, booking and phone flow, and who approves content.
  2. Proposal and agreement (Within three business days)Fixed price, scope, timeline, what you provide, and the compliance scope. MSA plus SOW.
  3. Day five launch (Five business days after a complete intake)Home, hours, forms, staff panel, email, analytics, search submissions and listings started, on your own domain. The rest of the build continues with the site live. Missed for a reason on our side, Care is free for three more months.
  4. Content and clinical review (Week 1 to 2)We write; you correct facts. Every service page goes through the compliance checklist before design.
  5. Design (Week 2 to 3)Two directions on the home page, one chosen, then the system applied. Real photography over stock.
  6. Build (Week 3 to 5)From the starter template. Analytics, lead capture, schema, accessibility, and performance are in the template, not optional tasks.
  7. QA (Week 5)No launch without a passed checklist, including a scan of the built output for punctuation and claims.
  8. Launch (Week 6)DNS in your account, redirects for every old URL, Search Console and Bing verified, sitemap submitted, Google Business Profile linked.

Questions

How fast can we be live?

Five business days after your intake is complete, on your own domain, with hours, forms, the staff panel, email, analytics and the search submissions done. The finished site follows on the tier's timeline. If we miss day five for a reason on our side, Care is free for three more months.

Which tier is right for us?

Essential suits a single location practice that needs a correct, fast, findable site. Signature suits a practice growing a compounding, clinic, or specialty service line. Platform is for multi location groups and clinical programs with intake and prescriber review. We say which one on the discovery call, and we say when a smaller one is enough.

Can you get us onto the first page of Google?

Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is not being honest with you. What we commit to is the work itself, a monthly report that shows what changed and where enquiries came from, and a site that is technically sound: fast on a phone, readable without JavaScript, correctly marked up, and open to the search crawlers that matter.

Can you set up email on our own domain?

Yes, and it is one of the things practices ask for most once they see it working. Setup is $500 once: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 on the domain you already own, a named mailbox for each person, shared addresses such as info and refills that are not charged as mailboxes, the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records that decide whether your mail is delivered and whether someone can forge your domain, multi factor authentication on every account, and your old mail migrated across. After that it is from $20 per mailbox per month, which includes the licence, the administration and support on one invoice. What it does not do is make email a safe channel for personal health information, and we say so rather than let you assume otherwise.
